For the last few weeks there have been quite a few things so heavy on my heart. The art of distraction. The emotional high. Heaps and heaps of heartache and burden; unanswered questions. In light of my last teaching, I felt compelled to do our first video blog. This life is a journey so join me on the ride...

This is my quiet time away from the three girls... my daily bread... the only time, night or day, I will have to be alone. Thank you Melissa for enriching my awareness of how week and fleeting my sleep deprived, fluxuating emotions are and reminding me to go deeper into where I can sustain peace in seeking the Joy of the Lord.

I want to thank you for your blog. It was an encouragement to me as I need to continually remember that the Lord grants us joy in the middle of difficulties in our lives. He has also promised His grace in the midst of those circumstances.
May God continue to bless you in this ministry and I will be praying for you as you lead/co-lead this study. I am a friend of Christine's and am aware of your passion to be a servant of the Lord's reaching out to women in this community!
